Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Registered Nurse in Missouri to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and administer medications. The role requires strong communication and collaboration with health professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

The RN will monitor vitals, educate patients and families, document progress in EMR, and stay current with best practices. A minimum 1 year of RN experience is preferred, with a state license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to staff
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned
