Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in PA.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience; no prior supervisory experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and policies.
