Job summary

Primecare Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Vidalia, Georgia. The RN will be responsible for clinical documentation, assessments, and adherence to regulations. The ideal candidate holds an unencumbered RN license in Georgia and has experience in home care settings. Competitive compensation includes a sign-on bonus of $1,000, paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in adult home care or home health nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review initial and renewal assessments for compliance.
• Conduct supervisory visits in clients' homes as required.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and agency policies.
