Job Type: Full-Time (Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm)

We are currently seeking an experienced RN 3p-11p Supervisor to join our team. What You’ll Do:

As the RN 3p-11p Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening shift and ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care. You will supervise and guide nursing staff, ensure that all shifts run smoothly, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. This is an exciting role for an RN with leadership aspirations and a passion for patient advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff during the 3pm-11pm shift.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure all patient needs are met.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor and assess the quality of care provided during your shift, and implement improvements when necessary.
• Provide training, performance evaluations, and ongoing support for staff members.
• Handle staff scheduling and ensure the shift is fully staffed.
• Act as the point of contact for emergencies and concerns during the evening shift.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Previous nursing experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy healthcare environment.
