Job summary

Orchard Manor in Grove City, PA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on a Per Diem basis for daylight (7am-7pm) or evening (7pm-7am) shifts. The RN will oversee daily clinical operations and mentor staff.

As a supervisor, you ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative work environment. Active PA RN license and prior supervisory or long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the day shift.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures.
• Assess residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
• Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality care and resident satisfaction.
