You will guide our nursing staff, mentor teammates, and foster a warm, family-centered environment where residents and families feel at home.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, participate as a floor nurse when needed, and ensure compliance with health regulations while maintaining weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with staff.
• Supervise staff in day-to-day operations.
• Function as floor nurse as needed.
• Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
• Ability to supervise other employees to meet resident care objectives.
• Meet local health regulations and complete a post-offer health assessment.
