Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license active in state of practice upon hire.
• 1–3 years nursing experience.
• Must be able to work the hours specified and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unit goals and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with budget objectives and cost control.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to maximize department efficiency.
• Review patient plans with care team to improve quality of care.
• Lead hiring, training and mentoring of staff.
