Job summary

North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, FL is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the 3p-11p shift. You will oversee the nursing department, coordinate resident care, and ensure high-quality services in a sub-acute setting with rehabilitation and 24-hour nursing support.

The ideal candidate is Florida-licensed, has at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a skilled facility, and communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled facility setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care and services
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Conduct regular rounds to observe and assess the quality of care being provided and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Participate in the hiring, training, and development of nursing staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
