Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Hill is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff on the night shift. This role provides guidance, ensures resident safety, and maintains high care standards in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

You will partner with management to coordinate schedules, mentor nurses, and uphold regulatory requirements, while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and be in good standing.
• Prior RN Supervisor experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Night shift 11pm–7am is the current opening.
