Job summary

Autumn Lane Health & Rehab in Gray, GA is seeking an RN Supervisor to organize and direct daily nursing activities. You will oversee licensed and unlicensed staff, coordinate care planning, and ensure timely admissions, discharges, and transfers.

You will collaborate with physicians, monitor MDS processes, and provide staff education to maintain high-quality patient care in a non-profit setting. Strong leadership and Georgia RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or is a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Active RN License to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
