Job summary

Life Care Centers of America-affiliated facility in Massachusetts seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team and deliver patient-centered care. The RN evaluates needs, revises care plans as conditions change, and provides supervision to CNAs and LPNs while maintaining compliance with all laws and Life Care standards.

Requirements include a nursing diploma, active RN license, CPR, and ideally 1 year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing in the applicable state (Massachusetts).
• 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and revision of care plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
• Communicate effectively with an interdisciplinary team and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Implement department goals, policies, and procedures with a focus on patient service.
