Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in MA.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan of treatment and care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and nursing safety standards.
