Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Sub-Acute Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with sub-acute conditions, including post-operative care and wound management.
• Admissions: Manage and coordinate the admissions process, including assessments and documentation.
• Family Communication: Liaise between residents, families, and the healthcare team regarding care plans and updates.
• Medication Management: Administer medications, monitor side effects, ensure treatment compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with physicians, therapists, and aides to provide comprehensive care.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
