Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide in-person and telehealth nursing care per standards while ensuring patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed and manage vaccines per standing orders.

• Monitor patient status and respond with timely interventions; support infection control and safety practices.
