The role includes flexibility with a 36 or 48-hour weekly schedule, with a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. To succeed, candidates should have at least one year of experience, hold ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications, and be open to assisting in med/surg overflow when required.
