Job summary

Huntsville Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to assess patient needs, plan and delegate care, and evaluate responses to care on a shift-by-shift basis. In this role you’ll contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment at Huntsville Hospital, with opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized health system.

Alabama licensure, BLS, and ACLS within one year of hire are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
• Experience: Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• Additional Skill/Abilities: BLS required before orientation; ACLS within one year of hire.

Job description

The RN evaluates the patient's response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.
