Job summary

Huntsville Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to identify patient needs and priorities through assessment, plan and delegate care, and evaluate responses to treatment. The RN is accountable for outcomes of care delivered during the assigned shift and must maintain licensure in Alabama or multiple states.

New graduates are welcome, with BLS required before orientation and ACLS within one year of hire. This position resides within a renowned health system offering extensive education,

Qualifications

Graduate of a state board school of nursing with Alabama or multi-state licensure.
ACLS within one year of hire; BLS required before orientation.
Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.

Responsibilities

Identify patient needs and priorities for care through assessment.
Plan and delegate care based on patient needs.
Evaluate patient response to care and progress toward outcomes.
Be accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the shift.
