Job summary

Legacy Silverton Medical Center, part of Legacy Health, is seeking an RN Staff Nurse to provide patient care within a designated department. The role requires a valid RN license and BLS, with 1 year of experience or completion of the Legacy RN Residency or equivalent.

The position includes a 30-minute call readiness requirement and OR circulating experience (scrubbing preferred). Relocation assistance is available for nurses new to Legacy Health.

Qualifications

• One year RN experience or completion of Legacy RN Residency or equivalent.
• 1-2 years operating room circulating experience required; scrubbing preferred.
• Must be available and able to meet the 30-minute call requirement.
• Current state RN license plus BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within assigned department/unit as part of the health care team.
• Assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per Legacy Health standards.
