Job summary

Legacy Health seeks a registered nurse to provide patient care within an assigned department, collaborating with the care team under the clinical manager’s direction. The role requires adherence to standards, performing the full nursing process, and following Legacy Health’s patient care guidelines.

Minimum one year of RN experience or completion of Legacy RN Residency, valid state RN license, and BLS certification are required. Pay range listed reflects hourly wages in USD.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community.
• Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
• Current applicable state RN license required, BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care within an assigned department/unit.
• Functions as a member of the health care team in collaboration with and under the direction of the clinical manager or designee.
• Adheres to the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse.
• Performs all aspects of the nursing process: Assesses, analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Follows established patient care standards set by Legacy Health System, including standards for patient assessment & patient transfer.
