The Staff Nurse (RN) at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center provides direct patient care and leads the nursing team to ensure high-quality outcomes for patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, coordination, delegation, and evaluation of care in alignment with the professional practice model, with emphasis on safety, patient experience, and collaboration with the care team.

Formación

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program is required.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit is required.
• Experience in relevant care setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and their family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
• The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.
