LCMC Health is seeking an Acute Care Float Pool RN to provide high-quality nursing care across multiple units in a Magnet-recognized health system. You will work in varied settings including trauma, neurology, cardiology, and surgical services.
The role emphasizes adaptability, patient- and family-centered care, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while precepting students and new graduates. A BSN and current Louisiana RN license are required.

The Acute Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients across various acute care units. As a Float Pool RN, you will be a valued member of our team, bringing flexibility, adaptability, and specialized clinical skills to support units where your expertise is needed most.
