Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, guiding patient assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
The role requires a nursing degree, RN licensure in Oregon, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency.

Our 23-bed adult emergency/urgent care department, with 45,000 patient visits annually, features a 4-bed urgent care area embedded within the ED for patients requiring immediate care. Our private rooms are equipped with up-to-date technology, and we provide specialized care pathways for diverse patient needs, including elders and behavioral health patients.
As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compassion while making a lasting impact on patients' health and well-being.
