Job summary

Willis Knighton Health System's WK Medical Center – Rehabilitation unit in Shreveport, LA is seeking a staff RN to join our CARF-certified inpatient rehabilitation team. The 31-bed unit serves neurological and orthopedic patients with a three-hour daily therapy plan and a 5-6:1 patient ratio.

You will provide high-level nursing and medical management through a collaborative multidisciplinary approach, with orientation and preceptorship provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Louisiana RN License.
• Orientation with a preceptor provided.

Willis Knighton's Physical Medicine Department is looking for a staff RN to work in our nationally recognized CARF certified inpatient rehabilitation unit.This is a31-bed unit located in the Willis KnightonRehabilitation Institutewith normally a 5-6:1ratio.The patient population primarily consists of neurological and orthopedic patients with medical surgical needs who require three hours of therapy services per day. RN staff are responsible for providing the highest level of nursing and medical management using a collaborative multidisciplinary approach.Team members that are hardworking, dependable and compassionate are encouraged to apply for this rewarding position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The candidate chosen for this position will be required to attend a hospital-wide orientation, and acomprehensive orientation with a preceptor is provided according to experience.
