Texas Oncology in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Oncology Department at the Joe Battle location. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends, call, or major holiday coverage.

The LTIP is an incentive program that vests over a three‑year period and is tied to individual performance and the operational success of Texas Oncology. Awards are discretionary, based on performance, potential and employment status, and are reviewed during the annual compensation review. Awards are subject to continued employment and governed by the LTIP document.
The work environment is typical of an oncology/hematology clinic, with possible exposure to communicable diseases, toxins, ionizing radiation, medical preparations, and other conditions common to such settings. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
Requires full range of body motion, including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires normal vision and hearing.
