Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center’s Operating Room is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time Circulator/Scrub roles. The OR delivers advanced surgical care including minimally invasive and robotic cancer procedures, with strong emphasis on patient and family-centered care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in the OR as Circulator or Scrub, excellent communication, teamwork, and a flexible, patient-focused attitude to thrive in a busy surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN experience as Circulator and/or Scrub Nurse in hospital or ambulatory setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Positive, patient-centered attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care in the OR following hospital guidelines and ANA code of ethics.
• Collaborate with perioperative team to ensure patient and family-centered care and safety.
