Qualifications

• One (1) year of nursing experience required.
• ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate required for those RN's administering chemotherapy.
• APHON/ONCC credentials within 12 months for oncology pediatric care.
• ACLS required for ICU/ED/PACU/Endo/Tele/OB/MHN and specialty areas.
• PALS required for Pediatric areas except NICU; NRP within 30 days for NICU if coming from non-NICU background.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty RN care in assigned unit with critical thinking and decisive action.
• Adhere to certifications and education requirements for oncology and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
