Memorial Hospital West in Hollywood, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a specialty unit while adhering to established policies and standards.

The role requires one year of nursing experience, Florida RN license, and ACLS/BLS certifications. You will educate patients and families, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support precepting responsibilities as needed.

• Required Work Experience: One (1) year of nursing experience required.
• Other Information: Department specific credentials - See below-ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate Required for those RNs administering chemotherapy. APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card required within 12 months of hire for those RNs administering chemotherapy for oncologic indication within the pediatric setting. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op and Specialty Procedural areas. PALS required for Pediatric areas with the exception of NICU.- if RN is coming from a non-pediatric background, they have 30 days from date of hire to obtain PALS.NRP certification required for NICU - if RN is coming from a non NICU background, they have 30 days from date of hire to obtain NRP. Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or through AWOHNN (Intermediate or Advanced) for L&D RNs must be completed prior to completion of job orientation. RN Fellowship Program requires one (1) year of RN independent practice not inclusive of nurse orientation. RN Fellowship specialties ACLS and BLS Certifications.
