Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking within ICU.
• Follow departmental policies and organizational requirements to coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Other Information: A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. BSN preferred. Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care. Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team. Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided. Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.

This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
