Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, compassionate patient care during the night shift. The RN will apply nursing processes, demonstrate clinical competence, and work within department policies to support quality outcomes in Med Surg / IMC in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

The role requires licensure in Arkansas (BSN preferred) and active CPR; ACLS/PALS/NALS training is provided where required, with opportunities for specialty education as needed.

Qualifications

• A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.

• Other Information: A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. BSN preferred. Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care. Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team. Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided. Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
