Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty Coordinator to coordinate resources and provide clinical support. You will lead quality improvement, drive efficiency, and manage care plans while supervising staff and shaping orientation and education.

Under supervision, you will evaluate patient responses to treatments, mentor team members, and organize scheduling for optimal patient throughput.

Qualifications

• BSN required or ADN accepted for those hired before a specified date.
• Minimum two years RN experience, one year in a clinical specialty.
• Must hold a North Carolina or Compact state RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and provide clinical support to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed.
• Review team performance, mentor staff, and organize orientation and clinical development activities.
