Qualified candidates are licensed RNs or LPNs in the practice state, with CPR/BLS certification and solid computer skills to navigate EHR systems. This on-site opportunity offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Must have CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR for residents and care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, compassionate care.
• Support residents and families with care transitions and inquiries.
