AristaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Manchester Township, NJ to provide compassionate nursing care to residents. You will supervise medications, monitor health, and assess residents to tailor individualized care plans while leading by example within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Sub-acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• Availability to work rotating weekends is a must.

Responsibilities

• Medication supervision and health monitoring for residents.
• Assess physical and mental capacity; develop individualized care plans.
• Lead by example and coordinate with the care team for high quality outcomes.
