Qualifications

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
• Help instill a positive and inclusive facility culture
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained
• Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs
• Help residents receive an unparalleled standard of care
