The Staff Pad has partnered with a critical-access hospital in Alturas, CA to recruit Registered Nurses for its Skilled Nursing Facility. You will deliver resident-centered care in a professional, supportive environment focused on safety, quality, and compassionate nursing practice.

Schedule: Full-Time with Per-Diem options; On-Site; All shifts available. Relocation assistance may be offered and comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license and CPR certification.
• Long-term care facility experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time and per-diem with on-site shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and report abnormal findings to providers.
• Deliver safe nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with staff to foster a positive and supportive care environment.
