Chariton Specialty Care in Chariton, IA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. Full-time, 6am to 6pm, with a competitive hourly rate and shift differential.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and the care team to ensure high-quality, compliant resident care. Iowa license and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal/state long-term care regulations.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
