Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care by following physician prescriptions and care plans
• Develop nursing care plans and document patient status and needs
• Educate residents and families on condition, medications, and self-care
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Supervise and coordinate nursing assistants and other staff
