Job summary

Henderson Group Recruiting seeks an RN to join a progressive community healthcare system in Buckeye Lake, Ohio. You will plan, provide and supervise nursing care while coordinating with other caregivers in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

The position is full‑time (36 hours/week) with day and night shifts (7am‑7:30pm and 7pm‑7:30am); shift differentials apply. A sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 and a comprehensive benefits package are offered; ACLS/CPR credentials are required or

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN required.
• RN Degree in Ohio required.
• Valid CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification, or obtain within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in accordance with physician orders in a warm and friendly manner.
• Takes and records measurements or readings.
• Assesses condition and provides treatment for care of patient.
• Administers prescribed medications.
• Provides leadership while working collaboratively with other care givers on the unit.
• Participates in keeping unit prepared for HFAP on an ongoing basis.
• Assists with patient rounds.
