Job summary

Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) on a full-time night shift. The SICU is a high-acuity 20-bed unit focused on neuro and trauma critical care management, including neuro/TBI/Stroke and complex surgeries.

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program with a California RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications, plus at least 1 year of nursing experience.

• BLS certification - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour night shift critical care nursing in SICU.
• Monitor neuro and trauma patients and respond to deteriorations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.

RN - SICU - FT Night at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 12-hour, Night shifts.

The Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) is a 20 bed critical care unit specializing in neuro and trauma critical care management. We are a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and care for the most complex patients, such as neuro/TBI/Stroke/spinal cord injuries, complex surgeries, trauma, and medical critical care patients.
