• Washington Registered Nurse License is required upon hire.
• BLS - American Heart Association certification is required upon hire.
• ACLS - American Heart Association certification is required upon hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
