Methodist Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager (nursing) for the Main Campus - Inpatient in Jackson, MS. The role is full-time, Swing Shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., overseeing overall nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates hold Mississippi RN licensure with BLS; ACLS and BSN are desirable. At least one year of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership are expected. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Mississippi RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• BSN desirable.
• CRRN desirable.
• Minimum of one year of clinical work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing.
• Experience leading teams to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during the assigned shift.
• Predict and assess the needs of the nursing department.
• Plan, communicate, and coordinate nursing activities to optimize patient care.
• Direct and evaluate the performance and efficiency of nursing personnel.
