Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in San Antonio is seeking an RN Service Line Coordinator to ensure exceptional patient care and coordinate unit operations. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills, capable of promoting collaboration among team members. Responsibilities include applying critical thinking to ensure optimal patient care and addressing any conflicts that arise. Candidates must hold a valid Texas RN license or a multi-state RN Compact license and have at least one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Nurse License to practice in Texas or an active multi-state RN Compact license.
• At least one year of current RN clinical experience in the specialty area of the unit is required.
• Current BLS certification is mandatory.
