Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with TX license.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality or regulatory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core Measure data collection, analysis and education.
• Coordinate data collection for hospital report cards, SIM reviews and peer review.
• Provide leadership for Root Cause Analysis activities and action plans.
• Coordinate OPPE/FPPE activities.
• Assist AVP, Clinical Quality with JCAHO, CMS and TDH compliance, readiness and education.
• Support National Patient Safety Goals compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
