Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services to residents on assigned neighborhood.
• Supervise and provide leadership to clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Administer medications and implement treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure quality care.
• Document residents' conditions and nursing needs accurately and timely.
• Report relevant observations promptly to the team.
