Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide personalized nursing care in Brainerd, MN. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents, working with families and a diverse care team.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident education, and supervising delegated tasks from licensed and unlicensed staff. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, assess needs, educate, and perform nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
