Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care to residents across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, following the nursing process and collaborating with the care team. The RN will coordinate care with residents and families, and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while maintaining professional standards and ethics.

Shift: 12 Hours – Day Shifts; Weekly Hours: 40.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to staff while ensuring safe, reliable care.
