Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within licensure and competence guidelines. Good Samaritan Health Services in Park River, ND offers a full-time role with 36 hours weekly, 12-hour varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• RN license in state of practice (multistate licensure acceptable).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and care with family and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed/unlicensed personnel as needed.
