Qualifications

• ACEN-accredited associate degree or diploma required.
• If your program is not ACEN-accredited, at least 1 year of RN experience in the last 5 years is required.
• If graduation was over 2 years ago, 1 year of RN experience or 1 year of current LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered nursing care aligned with Mayo Clinic standards across care settings.
• Monitor and manage residents' health needs and supervise nursing care by the team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident safety and well-being.
