Job summary

Catalyst Premier in Seattle, WA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and document care in our electronic health records.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture. A WA RN license and a BSN are required; one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Washington state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• One year of clinical healthcare experience.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
