Job summary

Bryan College Of Health Sciences is seeking an experienced Scheduling Center Supervisor to oversee daily scheduling operations, coordinate staff, and align resources with patient volumes in a hospital setting.

The role requires Nebraska RN licensure, 3+ years acute care experience, and prior medical procedure scheduling. Leadership and process improvement skills are essential to maintain service standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Nebraska or approved compact state per the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act.
• Minimum of three (3) years acute care clinical experience in a hospital environment.
• Prior medical procedure scheduling experience required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing preferred.
• Prior experience managing personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Scheduling Center processes and manages work queues.
• Coordinates scheduling of procedures and ensures timely authorizations to secure reimbursement and avoid denials.
• Facilitates new employee orientation and staff training.
• Implements process improvements in collaboration with other departments and staff.
• Maintains safety policies and HIPAA compliance and coaches staff as needed.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
