Job summary

Working Nurse is seeking an RN for full-time peri-operative care in Whittier, CA. You will provide peri-operative nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process, and operate in Same Day Surgery and PACU on days 7:30am–4pm.

Requirements include a California RN license, BCLS, ACLS and PALS, and critical care/ER experience. The hospital emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork in a Whittier community setting near Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license is required.
• BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications must be current.
• Experience in critical care or emergency room settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides peri-operative nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Works in RN Same Day Surgery and PACU during Day shift (7:30am–4pm).
